I’m fairly positive the consumers know the distinction between Product Opinions and Vendor Feedbacks
There’s little or no proof of this.
Prospects get an e-mail from Amazon asking for suggestions, and so they depart feedback relating to no matter a part of the transaction is top-of-mind… no matter whether or not the e-mail was asking for a Product Evaluation or Vendor Suggestions.
I blame Amazon for not simply accepting the fact that prospects gained’t be bothered to tell apart between the forms of scores. Amazon is aware of their prospects can’t be inconvenienced to learn product descriptions earlier than they purchase, why would they assume prospects can be extra cautious when responding to a request for suggestions?
